- Development plans in place to improve required amenities
- Zoned residential
- Sewerage
- Free from road widening proposals

BEDROOMS

- Noise and light intrusion
- Away from living area noise
- Ventilation and air-conditioning
- Built in cupboards
- Adequate space for furniture required

BATHROOMS AND TOILETS

- Extractor fan
- Free from leaks
- Power points
- Hot water
- Mirrors, cupboards, towel rails
- Right size and number for your family’s needs

KITCHEN

- Sufficient storage cupboards and bench space for preparing and serving food
- Cupboards open and close properly
- Room for expansion
- Stove, oven, grill and exhaust fan presence and condition
- Dishwasher presence and condition
- Adequate lighting
- Adequate space for a refrigerator
- Space for microwave and dishwasher
- Sufficient ventilation and air-conditioning

DINING

- Space for currently owned furniture
- Proximity to kitchen
- Power points
- Adequate lighting

LOUNGE

- Roofing, guttering and downpipes in good condition
- All flooring in good condition
